aqmethod.com is the official digital home of Ali Al-Qallaf, a CrossFit competitor and coach based in Kuwait. The platform was designed as a single, authoritative destination that elevates his personal brand and gives his coaching business a professional foundation.

The public side leads with Ali's transformation story, losing over 90kg naturally, through a cinematic homepage with a full-screen hero video, animated stat counters, a photo strip carousel, and scroll-driven reveals powered by GSAP and Lenis. Supporting pages cover his competition timeline, services and membership tiers, a sponsorship inquiry form, and a contact page that routes every inquiry straight to his official email.

The client portal gives subscribers a fully branded space to manage their membership: viewing assigned workout programs and nutrition plans, booking private coaching sessions via Google Calendar integration, browsing a categorised exercise library, tracking achievements, and communicating directly with the coach through real-time in-app chat.

The coach portal gives Ali complete operational control: a revenue and membership analytics dashboard, a full client roster with tier management and profile editing, one-on-one chat with every client, a video content library organised by category and muscle group, a workout plan builder, a diet plan builder with live macro totals, and a session booking manager, all from a single interface.

Built Arabic-first (RTL), bilingual end-to-end, with KNET and Apple Pay payments via MyFatoorah, Cloudflare Stream for video delivery, and automated transactional email on a custom @aqmethod.com domain.
