Privacy
What this website collects, why, and who else can see it. In plain language, because a privacy notice nobody can read protects nobody.

Who we are
IonicWorks is a studio in Kuwait that builds websites, applications and AI systems. This notice covers ionicworks.io only — not the products we build for clients, each of which has its own terms.
For anything on this page, write to support@ionicworks.io.
When you simply read the site
We measure how the site is used so we can tell which work holds attention and which pages fail. Four tools do this, and none of them is advertising:
- Vercel Web Analytics — page views and where visits come from, counted without cookies and without identifying anyone.
- Vercel Speed Insights — how fast pages load and respond on real devices.
- Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location (city level, from your IP address), device and browser, and how far down a page you scroll. This one uses cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity — an anonymous recording of mouse movement, taps and scrolling, so we can see where people get stuck. Text typed into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser. This one also uses cookies.
When you write to us
The contact form asks for three things: your name, your email address, and what you want built. They are sent to our inbox and a copy of your message is emailed back to you so you have a record.
Your IP address is used for a few minutes to limit how many messages one sender can submit. It is not stored with your message.
We answer you with it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone who is not listed below.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own — no login, no basket, nothing to remember. The only cookies here belong to Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and they exist to avoid counting the same visitor twice.
You can refuse them: block cookies for this site in your browser, use a private window, or use an ad blocker — most of them stop both tools. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
Who else sees it
Four companies process data on our behalf, each for one job:
- Vercel — hosts the site and serves every page.
- Google — Analytics, and Search Console, which reports the searches that led people here.
- Microsoft — Clarity.
- Resend — delivers the email your contact form generates, and Zoho hosts the mailbox it lands in.
How long we keep it
Analytics data ages out on each tool's own schedule — Google Analytics after 14 months, Clarity after 30 days.
Emails you send us stay in our inbox while there is a reason to keep them: an ongoing conversation, a project, an invoice. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it — one email to support@ionicworks.io is enough, and we do not charge for it.
To opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Changes
When the site starts or stops using a tool, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive; the current version is the whole notice.
